    The hotel's location is very convenient, being easily accessible to public transportation, malls, and food stalls.

    I struggled with my key card not working multiple times , quite frustrating as it delayed my entry into the room.

    Delicious food, exceptionally clean room with new furniture, the balcony, bathroom. Good and absolutely perfect location in Bangkok close to Seacon Square shopping center as well as restuarants. Also, close enough to the airport.

    Clean room with a comfy big bed and the friendliest folks around. Breakfast was full of tasty cooked Thai food. I gotta say, the little touches like the scented bath products were real nice. Just wish the curtains worked better, had a bit of a gap. They's got a nice indoor pool too!

    The hotel sits noticeably far from the airport, taking about 30 minutes by taxi. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay, and the arrangements to use the adjacent building's pool were awkward and not clearly communicated.     quiet sanctuary near amenities with great air conditioning

    The modern decor immediately. The air conditioning was excellent, a big plus, especially in Bangkok's heat. We loved the proximity to shopping options and food stalls. The cleanliness of our room was really good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return!
